Description: In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, TAP-OC will be providing an opportunity to decompress from the pressures of the pandemic and reconnect with the Great Outdoors with fellow TAP members at our Nature Therapy Hike! We will be hiking Roller Coaster Loop to Patriot Hill (https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/california/roller-coaster), a 4.7-mile trail with a 787 feet elevation gain near San Clemente/San Juan Capistrano that features flowers, wildlife, ocean views, and a patriotic photo op! This hike is considered moderate and has no shade, so please plan accordingly. Well behaved dogs are welcome!

Description: In collaboration with AWBW, a multitude of AAPI nonprofit organizations such as PFLAG API, TAP-LA, TAP-OC, Ascend OC, ACEL, APCF, ACENEXGEN, APEX,and SCAPE are celebrating Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month with "A Window Between Worlds" session in order to incorporate mental health awareness to deal with the social media calamity of anti-asian hate and violence.
This session will provide a safe space to share our voice, experience, concerns and approaches to soothe and decompress our thoughts. We invite you to join us as we come together and stand in solidarity as a community.
